The mission of Acceler Fitness is to accelerate fitness by aligning people with the most appropriate and certified personal trainers and nutrition coaches in their area.

Our vision is to make personal training and nutrition coaching affordable, effective, and easy for everyone in the U.S. via in-person or virtual engagement across all ages, locations, and sociodemographic status.

Why Now:

We understand that primary care physicians do not typically have the time to stay current with all of the dynamically changing nuances of personal training and nutrition. Acceler Fitness hopes to accelerate the means for Americans to have a “go to” resource for wellness as a compliment to their primary and support doctors. In mechanics, acceleration is the rate of change of the velocity of an object with respect to time. Acceleration is also one of several components of kinematics, which is the study of motion. We help people thrive in motion to accelerate wellness.

Automation technology and processed foods have led to an increase in sedimentary lifestyle, heart disease, diabetes, and obesity. Each are unhealthy and unsustainable for people and the planet. We see an urgent need to reverse the pattern of unhealth lifestyles. Acceler Fitness embraces behavioral change techniques and food innovation, when balanced with appropriate exercise and diet to focus on whole as well as locally grown foods.

Our founder, Charlie Szoradi, has dedicated three decades of his career to sustainable living, since earning his Masters Degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1993. Through his own work training for Olympic Triathlons, Charlie has seen the need to cut through the clutter of what is often overwhelming and conflicting fitness and diet information online. Charlie is committed to evidence based wellness via ongoing certification training as a Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Our Acceler Fitness team believes in the approach to evidenced based practice, focusing on science over trends. In short, you are what you eat and nutrition plus appropriate motions of exercise are key drivers for results. Everyone has different goals that may range from weight loss to increased endurance or from improved flexibility to sports performance. We are here to help, now.

How We Do It:

Acceler Fitness connects people to certified personal trainers and nutrition experts in their area to help them reach their specific goals. We offer in-person training and online training as well as resources to accelerate fitness. The resources range from recipes to home grown superfood cultivation and from best-practice case studies to eco-friendly apparel. Our three primary areas of focus include: Exercise, Nutrition, and Reverse-Aging.
